Prime retail streets

We have selected a few prime streets in Paris where we operate.

AVENUE DES CHAMPS ELYSEES
The "most beautiful avenue in world" is also the second most expensive retail street worldwide with a rental value ("valeur locative") of over 10 000€ per square meter per annum. Price may vary though from simple to double depending if the shop is located on the sunny sidewalk (even numbers), or on the odd numbers sidewalk where goes 40% less pedestrian traffic. Some of the shops you may find there are: Louis Vuitton, Hugo Boss, Virgin Megastore, Disney store, Zara, Adidas, Nike, Marlboro Classics, Quiksilver… New openings are scheduled for Esprit and Nespresso in 2007 and 2008.

RUE DE RENNES
Located in the heart of the 6th district, rue de Rennes is one of the busiest areas of Paris. It starts down at the Saint Germain cathedral, then crosses rue du Vieux Colombier that leads on the eastern side to Saint Sulpice and on the western side to Carrefour Croix Rouge. It ends up at Montparnasse train station. In the  upper Monparnasse section there are mainly mass market retailers such as H&M, Zara, Pimkie and Esprit, whereas in the Saint Germain section you will find more expensive stores like Cartier, Montblanc, Emporio Armani… etc.

RUE DE RIVOLI
One of the longest streets in Paris, famous for it's vicinity with the Louvre, rue de Rivoli is packed with both foot and car traffic. Many retailers such as Zara, H&M, Adidas and Etam have flagship stores there. The street is quite attractive for low to mid range retailers and young population.

RUE DES FRANCS BOURGEOIS
This long street borders the 3rd and 4th districts binds the Baubourg area with the Marais. Known for its fashion and trendy shops, the Marais area attracts many tourists and locals and is extremely popular on Saturday and Sunday. You will find there shops such as : Autour du Monde, Pepe Jeans, Zadig & Voltaire, Ventilo, M-A-C, Kiehl's, Comptoir des Cotonniers...

BOULEVARD SAINT GERMAIN
This long boulevard spreads parallel to the Seine and crosses the 5th,6th and 7th districts , passing through areas such as  Saint Germain des Prés, Odéon and the quartier Latin (Saint Michel). You will find there high-end shops in the Saint Germain part such as: Sonia Rykiel, Etro, Furla, Armani, cabtree & Evelyn, etc.

RUE DE PASSY
Located at the fashionable 16th district, rue de Passy attracts mainly local women fashion clientele looking for mid to high range prêt-à-porter and shoes. There's also a small mall called Passy Plaza.

RUE DU COMMERCE
This street located at the 15th district used to be a local food and commercial way. It has changed a lot since the late 90's and the arrival of Zara and H&M. Today, it is a much sought commercial area for retailers who have opened shops like GAP, Pimkie, Sephora, Women' Secret, Jules, DPAM, Geox...

RUE SAINT HONORÉ
Situated at the 1st and 8th districts of Paris, rue Saint Honoré is famous for its high-end bags, shoes and fashion stores. Many tourists who look for international brands enjoy shopping there.   You will find boutiques of Max Mara, Joseph, Furla, Jo Malone, Miu Miu, DoDo, Custo Barcelona, Colette, Roberto Cavalli...

RUE DU FAUBOURG SAINT HONORÉ
Located at the 8th district, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré starts at rue Royale and goes up to Place des Ternes. The 1st section next to rue Royale is famous for its luxury brands such as Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Hermès, Gucci, Prada…

AVENUE MONTAIGNE
Probably the most highend avenue in Paris, avenue Montaigne is famous for luxury brands and haute couture stores such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Polo Ralph Lauren, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Malo, Armani… etc.
