The company was founded in 1999 by Jean-Pierre Kohn who decided to implement a new advisory approach when dealing with international retailers wishing to establish in France. Previously, he has been in charge of retail divisions of two international property advisors for 15 years.

In 2005, his son Alexandre joined the company. Together they work closely with international retailers and accompany them in their development in Paris.
